My chapter had a week of recruitment events coordinated with Mu Phi Epsilon since both chapters were competing for women pledges. We voted who to admit on Thursday night--prior to our Formal event (usually on Sunday). At this event we performed a small ceremony (written by two chapter members) that culminated with each girl being handed her bid. I have a soft copy of the ceremony. PM me if you want it!
