ForeverRoses is right, but I would only use the local Alumnae Panhellenic after you have exhausted EVERY man woman and child you know first. Once you've decided where you're going to school, get the list of participating sororities and start asking everyone you know. The sorority women you know are a great start and some will be able to help you directly or through an introduction to an alumna, but (I think) most sororities don't allow collegiate members to write recs. A few do and that's great, but I wouldn't plan on that helping you get out of this the easy way.

Off-topic, but I thought it was the other way around? I always thought that the sororities who don't allow collegians to write recs were far less than those who do.

Or maybe I'm just making this up, I don't know.
