Even though you don't know where you are going to school yet, I'd still recommend you ask around to find alumnae of as many NPCs as you can. Then, once you know where you're going, ask the alumnae of the NPCs at your campus to write you a rec. There might be some NPCs that are at all of the schools where you're applying, and there might be some NPCs that are at none of the schools where you are applying.
