Thanks for the explanation, now I wonder how long this show will last. The sorority already openly blindfolded 14 girls and drove them to an undisclosed location. They already revealed chapter related events. I hope the sorority lasts, but those rituals they hold so dear that they aired will not last.
I did like the melting ice idea though, at least it had a meaning behind it.

Believe it or not, if a group is preventing pledges over the age of 21 from having alcohol during their pledge period, that could be considered hazing, too. There is a difference between "pledge activities are dry" and "you must not drink ever for these eight weeks".
I watched part of episode 2, and the American women should be ashamed of themselves.
