Who doesn't love blatant hazing that "you'll look back on fondly in 20 years"? Just have to say, if someone had made me hold Alpha Gam letters made out of ice over my heart until they had melted, I would have been out of that door before you could blink. I really don't see the purpose behind these "rituals".
