You'll only know if you try. I didn't notice an upper classmen quota in their numbers from the NPC Recruitment thread so your grade may be at least as much of a hindrance as your age. On the other hand, if you have the grades, the recs, the connections, the personality and social skills, you might have no trouble at all.
One important question you want to ask yourself though is if you'll feel comfortable hanging out with 18 year old girls (at least initially most of your contact will be with your pledge sisters) and you will be subject to rules that may seem stupid or unfair being that you are of legal age and have probably been making decisions for yourself for awhile. That's not to say you wouldn't feel comfortable, but you should think about being in a room with 100+ screaming mostly 18 year old freshmen. And be able to answer this question during rush.
