Glad you finally realized the value of "cold airs" (we called them sleeping porches - same thing).
I adored ours, although I was less thatn thrilled with it when I first moved into our house. I'm sad that our new house won't have one.
I love the "walkaround," the informal walk around sorority row with a short talk about the physical properties of each house. That would be a great way to help PNMs remember the differences between houses and keep them a little straighter.
