She looks like a chain smoker.

She looks like she's had too much sun (people with lighter skin need to be careful) and too much other stuff. She looks like she's lived a hard life. She's 67 now but has looked rough for quite some time.

It's kinda refreshing, though, that she hasn't gone the route of Janice Dickinson (who has to have lived every bit as hard).
