Congratulations on your reorganization. I feel like no one should hate on someone else's organization because it is different. One of the groups I'm a member of went from all male to co-ed in the 80's due to a Title Nine issue, and people judge us all the time because of that, without having any idea of how strong our bond is. Moral of the story, just because an organization is different from yours doesn't mean it's bad, strange, or lesser.
