Bid Lists 2011

It depends how they organize the list, whether it's by last name or by chapter. So either I'll split it up and give each person a section of the alphabet or a few chapters. I was just thinking each person would make an excel sheet, email it to me, then I'd put it together and make it a google doc.

The formatting was different with Auburn and OSU. When I copied and pasted the list for Auburn, it showed up as one NM per line, but with all her info in one cell so I still had to type it all into separate cells. OSU I couldn't paste into excel, so I copied and pasted into word and copied from there.

I'm trying to remember if Bama did alphabetically or by chapter last year…hmm. It's probably still online…

ETA: And here is last year's, which was by chapter…hope they do it the same way this year.

The one they had posted on the wall at The Vault yesterday was in alpha order...

Could have been quicker under the circumstances, and it's also possible that someone at UA News does the organizing of the names by each group, or that UA's Panhellenic Association simply sends them a spreadsheet with all the names, cities, and groups, and UA News only has to sort it by group that way.

I'm mainly going by the fact that last year, and every year back to 2005, UA News has posted it by chapter.
