how ridiculous! "we don't want to go to the trouble of covering
our ceiling, so we are going to make damn sure that no one else can either!" however, as was said, think of all the time you'll now save, thanks to another invasive rule. maybe your chapter will be able to come up with something new that will be equally intimidating to the other chapters (and there will be a rule against that next year).
