hey all my friends and i are planning to rent sorority accomodation for the summer but ar wondering what the house rules consist of regarding alcohol consumption on the premises etc. thanks for your help

I would suggest you contact the local house corporation board for the sorority you plan on renting from.

What the rules are depends on the type of facility, who owns the property, the campus, etc.
