President/Relevant Info... Help

We are more or less already affiliating ourselves with a sorority. I mean we know which one we are reestablishing. One of the girls in our group is an initiated sister from another chapter and nationals is behind us as well. I'm going to ask her to put me in contact with someone from another chapter (possibly hers?) who held the position as president so I can learn more about the position. As for counselors and such on campus, I am home for the summer so my sources are limited, so basically I'm just looking for websites and personal information until I get back to school in August. I know that the presidential position of any group is very time consuming and danting, so I'm trying to start off now. I'm really dedicated to the group and I want the other girls to see that, you know? Plus, I'd really like to know for myself. Basically I don't know all of the different types of meetings, functions, and other routine events that sororities do. I mean obviously, weekly chapter meetings and such, but what else? It's hard starting from scratch, you know? You definately know where I'm coming from ktsnake. Thanks for the help. If anyone thinks of anything else please let me know.
