Need help expanding Bid Day idea!

Hello! I am a Kappa Kappa Gamma and the new member chair for my chapter. So, for Bid Day, I wanted it to be a Hollywood theme. Thought it would be super cute if our new girls were our "VIPs", include a red carpet, and have our chapter room decorated either like an old fashioned drive-in movie, or like the oscars. In their gift bags I was going to include a stepping stone kit where you can make your own stone out of cement so they can make a celebrity hand print with their name and KAPPA '11 on it or something! But, I need help with a catchy phrase for the t-shirts and on what decorations to actually use. I thought it would be cute to take an idea of cutting out kappa kappa gamma out of white letters and hang them as if they were on a hill like you see "HOLLYWOOD" in Ca.

Please let me know what you think! Any ideas will help tremendously :]

This sounds really cute!! You could spell out "Kappa" with the Hollywood style-letters. You could give it an Audrey Hepburn twist and have your slogan be "A girl should be three things... classy, fabulous, and a KKG!"

I'm not a Kappa, obviously, but I love making up recruitment themes and slogans and such. It's a guilty pleasure :P

You could do a Walk of Fame star on the t-shirt and put a Fleur-du-lis where the movie camera would normally go.

You could also make clapboards or stars with the names of the girls that receive a bid on them.

Lol "Director's Cut" was the name of my theme dinner that I just put on for a class, but I think it might be harsh bc of "cuts" made in recruitment.

I really like the "hollywood sign" Kappa idea for on the tshirts too but I love the "Lights Camera KKG"

I've seen this done a few times. I can't remember the exact quotes, but they made it like a premiere and they were premiering their new member class.
