Not every NPHC sorority and fraternity prohibits (or has details on their websites) applicants who are members of another NPHC; NPC; or IFC GLO. Delta does and it is on our national website:
One of Delta's requirements for collegiate applicants is "the student is not a member of any society holding membership in the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. or the Panhellenic Conference, Inc." One of the requirements for alumnae applicants is "the female is not a member of, nor has been expelled from, any society holding membership in the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. or the Panhellenic Conference, Inc."
It's so important to us that it's on NHQ's FAQ, in addition to "If you are a member of another organization holding membership in the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. or the Panhellenic Conference, Inc. you are not eligible to join Delta Sigma Theta."
***This has yet to include other sororities such as those in NALFO. I have not noticed any sororities that are members of NALFO that have such applicant restrictions on their websites. Maybe this will be updated if attempts at cross-membership becomes more of an issue.

I have a question about that, if you don't mind. So, if a woman is a member of an NPC organization in college and graduates with no interruption in her membership, then chooses to join an Alumnae chapter of an NPHC, that's not allowed? The reason I ask is because a very prominent member of my GLO is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta. DrPhil, if you want, I can pm you more about it but, I always thought NPC membership didn't hinder NPHC membership, if you wanted to be a member of both, honorably. Am I wrong about this?

I recommend not sharing this with me for a number of reasons.

No confusion, somebody slipped through.
I have an idea how they slipped through but will not say that is what happened.

I know you all are talking sorority but for us, right on our become a member page is specifically says,
"Candidates of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity must not currently be a member of or have previously been a member of another intercollegiate fraternity other than an honorary or professional fraternity."

We are >>>>>here<<<<<<
She may be a Delta perp, but if she is a duly initiated member of Delta, I'm almost positive she doesn't divulge her Phi Mu membership around/with Deltas.

We aren't just talking about sororities.
Does that include every intercollegiate fraternity regardless of the umbrella (council, conference, organization)?

Not every. We wouldn't dismiss somebody from APhiOmega because we have members that are both, but for the most part (thanks to SLB)...no.
