1) It's alumnae for plural and alumna for singular sorority members. If it's a mixed group, plural, it's alumni. If it's male singular, it's alumnus.

2) The outside envelope will look like this.

Your name (STAMP)
Your address

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Their name
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Their address

The "self-addressed" envelope looks like this:

Their name (stamp)
Their address

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Your name
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Your address
