I believe he was talking about the NPHC chapters at Cheyney University.
From what I can see, they are no longer recognized by Cheyney University so I don't know why pointing out having as many as 140 brothers at one time (how long ago was that?) matters. And I'm not a fan of big NPHC chapters, anyway.
It also doesn't make any sense for them to be "wine...." and wonder why people vision "drinking" before "thinking" when it comes to them.
