-not to mention we have an immigration system in place that protects American citizens from being displaced by foreign nationals.

I've been fighting it for the last 7 years, so I've become pretty well versed. Although it's mostly the I-130/I-485 part.

Having naturalized 4 daughters, I'm betting that I can compete in that arena! We've helped a lot of others too...I taught ESOL for 20 years.

You need a lawyer. Everyone going through it needs a lawyer from the start. Family petitions are the hardest because the visa paperwork and associated fees fall solely on the petitioner. And God forbid you incorrectly fill out a form because USCIS will shred your application right in front of you and make you start over. It's also helps if you marry overseas and bring your spouse over as a K-3.
