I'm confused about why you bring up your college GPA.
The tone of your question was borderline rhetorical and essentially saying that you don't consider 3.09 with honors; and how could that be with honors at her school.
It WAS borderline rhetorical, but it was still a question. Essentially, me being confused as to how a 3.09 was honors, because in every academic setting I've been in, a 3.09 wouldn't have been close.

And at my high school academic setting, and others I'm familiar with, it would've been "with honors." Don't scoff at that, though.
