I will echo what Gusteau has stated. HE needs to ask fraternity men that he knows at UGA about summer rush. If you know any men who are fraternity members, they may know something about fraternity chapters at UGA.
As an alumni fraternity member, I will tell you that YOUR SON needs to do the asking about rush. It looks better. Don't call fraternities frats, personally don't like it. (Flashback to brother-with-not-so fresh-breath yelling in my face - "don't call it a frat...")
