First, it is just bad to air your dirty laundry in public like this, but since you have here is my answer.


I highly recommend that you take up your issues with your regional / district officer. Basically, follow the chain of command for your org.

If that does not work out, then submit a formal letter of resignation to your org (IHQ) and return your fraternity pin. Walk away from the org and don't look back.
