Informal is a really good opportunity for girls who got overlooked during formal recruitment. Some people just don't stand out in that kind of environment; I know I really struggled with it! Informal is a totally different type of atmosphere. Just relax and be yourself, and don't worry about all the chaos that goes with formal recruitment. It's always better to be over dressed than under dressed, but make sure you show your personal style. These girls are going to be able to get to know you much better than they did during formal, and if you are relaxed and yourself, it'll be ok!
