Not trying to disagree with you  , but some of those people . . . I just don't see how even a semi-competent cook could fake such incompetence.

Yeah, but I don't see how a semi-intelligent person could be so incompetent. Read the instructions or buy a cookbook. Start with the Junior Cookbook from Betty Crocker and over time work your way up to Julia Child.

I should introduce you to my old roommate sometimes. Nice guy, but completely incompetent in the kitchen, even with instructions and us trying to help him along.

Did anybody watch the season premiere? Every year the contestants get more "wacky," and it's really irritating.
