I would be flattered they spent the time to get enough information on me to do this. I would say they are just trying to let you know that you will fit in - albeit not stated in the best way.
Yep. Just consider it the rush equivalent of "Oh wow, you lost a TON of weight!"
I would only call it "dirty rushing" if she would have gone on about what lushes the ABCs or XYZs were - if she tried to make you uneasy about other groups.
