DKE Jr reminds me of he-who-shall-not-be-named in the BGLO world.
I did read some of the website and particularly about the pledges having to eat goldfish and boiled beer. It is unfortunate that a pledge hanged himself 2 days later. But, choosing to commit suicide over hazing is a rather...interesting choice so I wager that the hazing was horrendous but not the only mental-physical turmoil that young man was going through.

So, are you saying that the Fraternity as a whole, National to local, is out of control? This does seem like a slap on the wrist from your National but I guess it is really none of my business.

Hazing is seriously out of control in some areas. I'm not naive enough to say it doesn't happen but things are much more controlled in some areas. Especially with schools doing exit interviews to each and every pledge once they have finally become a brother.
