OMG. Once I was in H&M and this little boy (probably about 5 or 6) pushed over a GLASS vase thing holding sunglasses.

Like 5 employees had to stop what they were doing, close off that part of the store and clean it up.

The mom LAUGHED. She didn't tell him that was bad, apologize, anything. She just laughed and walked out of the store. So rude.
