Any ideas for grade tracking?

The problem we're running into is a school policy that professors can't "release grades" to others (even if the woman herself were to email the professor - some of them have said they have to come into the teacher's office, sit down with the gradebook and calculate it themselves, based on what my scholarship chair reported to me).

What we've expressed to the women right now is that we're taking them on an "honor system" if their grades aren't posted to the online grade system the university uses - it's just hard, especially for those women who're on an individual scholarship plan and we're tracking their progress more than just midterms and end of term grades.
