It will be the most accurate, and nobody will have a better price than the airline. If you're booking packages, cruises, etc., use a travel agent. They will pull your arse out of the fire in ways a website never could and they generally won't charge a fee for any services except airline tickets.

That's why Kayak is good. It gives you the prices at all the sites then diverts you back to the airline when you pick the flight you want. It's the easiest way to compare prices and flight time availability.
