I really don't understand why people don't realize that while we're constantly reminded that we're a reflection of ourselves and our organizations, that when we post anyone's name we're also a reflection of that person (who we choose, either passively or actively, to associate with).

Like, I can't say "OMG I LOVE MYSTICCAT AND IRISHLAKE BUT THAT TRIDELTA ALUM IS A REALLY BIG JERKHOLE AND CERTAINLY DOESN'T ACT LIKE AN ADULT," start a train-wreck thread about it, and think that that's not reflecting somewhat poorly on MysticCat and IrishLake (names used for relative proximity to this post - all image damage is therefore unintentional and incidental).

Just food for thought, really. I mean, my online username persona can go to hell for all I care but I'd rather not take others down with me (certainly not those whose posts I enjoy reading).
I disagree. As far I am concerned, it only reflects on the OP. It doesn't even reflect on the organization the OP claims to be a member of.
