Indeed. Because you have to be willing to accept help to break down the walls and allow yourself to feel vulnerable again. Just like you were when you were very young. Only then can the ego be guided back into adulthood.

Projecting oneself onto the therapist is normal in these situations. It is only later that you will realize you have been doing it. Once that occurs we can begin the moral recognition therapy. Speaking of which, thumbs down on the cantina taco. I got one yesterday and it was basically a falling apart tortilla, meat and a lime wrapped in ALUMINUM FOIL. I felt like asking "wtf is this?"
