I deal with crazy people all of the time. I use to lose it, one time I flipped a guy off with both hands. I am much calmer now but still have fantasies of shouting at clients and telling them to get the F out. I usually call the cops now when clients start acting out-they seem to behave much better with the police in the house. It seems to be getting worse every year. I don't blame this guy at all.
