I hate that people decide to show their asses when dealing with people in service roles. Your experience (in this case, flight experience) is directly impacted by the folks in these roles, so why go out of your way to piss these people off?

I think the flight attendant was a little overdramatic, but shit -- sometimes it be's like that (should I add this phrase to the "words that annoy" thread? lol)

i work with the public, and fantasize (often weekly) about having some type of ridiculous, dramatic, but nonviolent outburtst... then leaving... then coming back the next day like nothing happened.

it's real out here in the streets (or apparently, in the skyways).

the folks i feel bad for the most are the gate agents who have to tell passengers that a flight is delayed.

So apparently, he quits in dramatic fashion and is in the middle of having sex with his lover when the cops arrive. Epic.

The relevant prosecutor apparently lacks a sense of humor - this would seem to be a fine place for a plea bargain. Maybe not on the petty theft of 2 beers - there's nothing worse than a plane that only has Heineken left - but yeah.

I deal with crazy people all of the time. I use to lose it, one time I flipped a guy off with both hands. I am much calmer now but still have fantasies of shouting at clients and telling them to get the F out. I usually call the cops now when clients start acting out-they seem to behave much better with the police in the house. It seems to be getting worse every year. I don't blame this guy at all.

As a frequent flier, I've wanted to do the same thing on a plane soooo many times.

He seemed happy to be arrested according to the article. Maybe he is hoping for better/more sex in prison. :eek:
