We may want to alter the list on Wikipedia so that the POE's can be listed as well. Something like

* Health Education and Awareness (1993-1994)
**AIDS/HIV Disease Education & Awareness (1993)
**Chemical Dependency & Eating Disorder Awareness (1994)

or table-ize it so it looks like
Years Program of Emphasis NSD/NSW theme Year
1993-1994 Health... AIDS/HIV Disea... 1993

With the ... text actually filled in. (Assume it looks better than it shows up on Wikipedia)
