Which fraternities allow openly gay men to join?

Seriously, at this point, are there any NIC, NPC, or NPHC fraternities that *wouldn't* run into issues with their National if the chapter president was quoted by the school newspaper as saying "we wouldn't pledge Robin Smith, because they are gay/lesbian"?

No, if only because of publicity. But that doesn't mean that every chapter would accept openly gay men.
