so if your name isn't on the lists of any sororities invitation list after end of the day..that just means you're cut? and from there it just means you're outta the system, like game over? and also, at recruitment, are all the girls from each sorority going to be there?

If at some point you are not invited back to ANY chapters (meaning you were cut by everyone), then you will be notified by your recruitment counselor.
Generally speaking, sorority members are required to be present for formal recruitment, so most of the girls from every chapter will be there. Everyone might not be talking to PNMs (some prefer to help out behind the scenes), but everyone has to be there doing something.

You won't see their invite list, just which parties you're invited back to.
And most if not all sisters will be there and visible, it's rare that people are allowed to miss recruitment.

Well you could be released from all the Chapters and then you are done with recruitment. Yes, sorority recruitment is usually mandatory for all Chapter members.

When I was in school the only reason a sister would be excused was if she had a MAJOR conflict such as she was in the band or ROTC, or she was taking summer classes at another school and they ended after recruitment. Or a summer co-op or internship that wasn't over before recruitment. Just a regular job though was not an valid excuse.
