Family and or New Member class names

My chapter has family names, I'm in the Daisy family, which actually gave birth to the more generic Flower family when it got too big, and the Butterfly family also split off from Daisy. We also have a group of families descended from the Rabbit family, including Special Rabbits and Teddy Rabbits. There was also a Diva family (extinct in the current chapter). Knowing your family tree/history is a big deal within the Gamma Tau chapter, and my Big made me a HUGE Daisy Family Tree poster, which I have updated and plan to pass on to my future Little. The families tend to develop a reputation for being certain ways - the Flower family is "classy" and "put-together", and Daisies are the "CraXi Daisies" and must take an obligatory "wacky" picture whenever we're all together!
