Also not in Phi Sig & I've never heard them referred to as "hugs and kisses" blankets before- but one of our new member classes did that for their bigs. We had a tradition of a full chapter sleepover the night before initiation, so the littles presented the blankets to their bigs at that time. It was very well received. Those, of course, were blue & blue- Kappa style
