One person got, from my perspective, blasted and publicly humiliated in front of every council and chapter e-boards at a leadership retreat a year or two ago.
No offense.... but if that's par for the course, then I can see why the other groups would pride themselves for not being social orgs. That was absolutely the wrong way to handle things.
