Last night I had a patty melt for dinner. It tasted pretty good, but the last two bites or so just did not sit well...the onions just started bothering me. After I finished I felt a little sick but I just think I ate too much too fast. Luckily I felt better pretty quickly. I went out later that night, had a few drinks but felt SO incredibly full. I also kept burping and tasting dinner...it was starting to get gross.
Then in the middle of the night last night I woke up with HORRIBLE heartburn and a stomach ache. I made me so nauseous that I actually puked. Definitely puked up (some of) my dinner, even though I ate it like 8-9 hours prior. And because I had such bad heartburn, I threw up a bunch of stomach acid (at least I think that's what it was...it was this somewhat bright yellowish green stuff). Since I had such bad heartburn, the stomach juices were sooooo acidy that after I puked, it felt like my throat and mouth were disintegrating. The good news was I felt a lot better after throwing up. My stomach has been a little all over the place today though, unfortunately.
