I don't see where Katy Perry is trying to be Gaga. I see where Gaga is trying to be a really obnoxious version of Madonna. Even Madonna wasn't that obnoxious in her younger days and I don't think she ever stooped to Gaga's level of letting her dumbness override her talent.

2. Totally random: I think that Rihanna's people bit off of Fefe Dobson (I'm happy to find there are people all over the Internet who agree with me). Rihann is a combo of Dobson and Grace Kelly with a hint of Beyonce.
Since this is kind of a random thread anyway:
1. Gaga was super annoying at the games and she looks stupid in the photos. Seinfeld was right about her. Her music is cool and she should being a dumb attention whore.
