Then just call them "really short shorts." People wear them all over the country. Happy now? 
I don't see where Katy Perry is trying to be Gaga. I see where Gaga is trying to be a really obnoxious version of Madonna. Even Madonna wasn't that obnoxious in her younger days and I don't think she ever stooped to Gaga's level of letting her dumbness override her talent.

I was thinking something along those lines too. Oh well, a new modified Madonna for a new generation.

I only know 2 of Fefe Dobson's songs and they don't sound like Rhianna.
