I for one feel bad for the OP of this thread. This is a pretty huge hijack!
I also feel bad I have nothing new to offer in terms of recruitment themes. I would definitely do a google search or a search on here, as I'm sure this has been discussed before. You could also check the major t-shirt designing companies (Greek101 for example) and they usually have shirts from other campuses that they've done and you may be able to get an idea from one of those!
