We have sisterhood events all throughout the semester, that don't involve overnight stay (liabilities and such). Some of them can be getting together to watch Grey's Anatomy, or having a Mani/Pedicure night. We also have events to make posters to support our girls during greek week and homecoming.
As for one main event, I think a Spa Party would be a neat way to have the girls interact, by doing each other's nails and hair. Everyone could bring a fav color and borrow each others. I can't think of any other trust building activity than having one of my sisters color my hair!
