I met my sweetie (of 3 1/2 years) during my second event as a rush. Art was in Kappa Sigma (which was trying to colonize on campus...they later folded) and we had a cosmic bowling event with them. We met that night and exchanged numbers....after that it's all history! He was my date to the Alpha Gam ball (which our sorority had been invited to as guests) a month after meeting....and now we're planning our wedding!
I'm so greatful to my sorority for "introducing" me to my honey....although he's not a Greek now, he was so he understands when I say that I'm busy with sister events....or when I called them frequently from the States every time there was a sister event!!!
