I know that for just putting an application the only real "requirement" is that you are in your first year or so out of college.
The application just ask you question like, what do you feel you can contribute? What positions did you hold? What can you get from being an LC? Why do you want to be an LC? And general information.
What are the requirements that IHQ (Director of Chapter Services to be exact) is looking for after that? Who knows
