Here is a list that I have compiled with all the Latin-based organizations that I have found. There are three larger groups, even though the first one has more subdivisions: Latino Orgs, Afro-Latino Orgs, and Multicultural orgs with predominant Latino membership (list based on other threads and experience).

I'm not sure why you are listing "multicultural orgs with predominant Latino membership" as a sub-category of Latino greeks. I believe many of their members would be taken aback by this, if not offended. These orgs. were established with a different purpose.
