This is complete speculation as I am in no way an expert on either school.

The reason there could be a lack of minorities is that women of a minority simply aren't rushing NPC sororities. At my school we also have very strong NPHC groups and a up and coming multi cultural sorority. The fact is that most women that aren't white choose to pursue a different Greek route than the NPC. We do have minorities rush and they normally do really well (just as equal oppurtunity as white women). Although I do find it hard to believe thatat least one sorority at those campuses don't have a single woman who is not white.
