Talking Sisterly Prank

Hey Everyone, so for our pledge class we need to play a prank on the other sisters, but we are running out of ideas, because we need to do something that's acceptable to school standards. we cant damage anything or violate any fire codes either. does anyone have any good ideas to help us out?

i know that pranks arent always looked up on as good, but its a tradition that we do for each pledge class..

I always wanted to wrap my coworker's desk, chair, and stuff in aluminum foil.

I've seen this done with cardboard. A bit different from the wrapping concept but it was hillarious. They created a phone, keyboard, mouse, monitor, CPU, even a chair out of cardboard. This was a cubicle, so they also created cardboard walls, windows, a door. It's great because you don't damage anything and there's no real harm done, other than time/annoyance.

ETA: This is why the internet is so great... a quick search and I found the actual pictures! This was at Microsoft...

And you can't forget the mini fridge and power strip:

Yeah, they did a great job with the little details! There's even an error message on one of the monitors They must have taken a LONG time on this cube. This is the first time I've actually seen something (although I didn't know the person, it was in my building at the time) that went viral. A few of the sites that have pictures say "Source Unknown"... but I know it! Woo hoo! I keep trying to find the original email but it's lost in a mound of .pst files from old projects.

If your chapter has a house, what about listing it for sale? Give the house phone number and president's e-mail as contact information. You could get really creative with the description in the listing.

My mom's senior class did something similar for their senior prank. They listed the high school for sale and put the principle's home phone as contact info. It was a pretty funny gag, and cheap too. Luckily the principle had a decent sense of humor about the whole thing.

Let us know what you end up doing.

(Pardon the crash ladies)

Switch people's clothes around in their rooms in the house/suite. (Although, if you have people who have personal space issues - and you know that better than we do - skip this one.)

WWJHD?

What Would Jim Halpert Do? - Jim Halpert from The Office. He's had some really good practical jokes on Dwight (jello, wrapping his entire desk in wrapping paper only to find that the desk and everything on it was JUST wrapping paper, adding a fake wire to the back of his computer and running it 500 feet to the telephone pole)...

tape all of the sisters small personal items (stuff on desks, dressers ect) in the same exact spot on the ceiling. Did this to my roomate one year. Then I helped her take it all down. Took a while on top of the ladder and her desk but it was funny and she wasn't angry!

Good point. Make sure you list the house in the school newspaper too.
