Most likely there are women in the sororities who are already consultants or related to a consultant for this, Mary Kay, PartyLite etc - and if that's the case, in home parties are most likely banned because saying yes to one would mean saying yes to them all.
You're better off going to the student center and leaving a bunch of booklets there rather than targeting sororities only.
