Bingo. I would be concerned.
Its a little late to be changing things, but the event is a little too formal for my taste. I tend to be of the "friends first - fraternity forever" school of thought, meaning you talk to the potentials about regular, non-fraternal things so that you actually get to know them
as a person and visa-versa. By the time you talk to them about ZBT its not a question of whether or not they'll join because they're already friends with you. I'm not saying not to talk about the fraternity, but rather not to talk at your potentials about it. Answer their questions, but don't lecture them about things they don't yet understand.
I would prefer a "Meet the Brothers" that went along the lines of "Kyle plays club baseball and likes thai food" rather than "Kyle joined Zeta Beta Tau because it is a shrine of international brotherhood!"
