My biggest advice for you is to keep your options open. Way open, in fact! When I was at UCF (many, many moons ago), it was tough for a junior to get a bid. I can't imagine that it's gotten any easier. Many chapters will probably cut you on the first day regardless of your grades or personality. You still have another semester until you rush (and the summer too). I'd try to get to know some of the girls in each of the chapters - but not in a creepy, stalker kind of way! We had a few of those...... If they're in your classes, talk to them and see what they're like. Let them get to know you outside of recruitment so that you have that "in" before you rush.

Best of luck.
